Patrick has 30 years Sports, Entertainment and Knowledge experience and was previously a founder and CEO of a venture capital arm of a specialist media investor.
Patrick previously held operating roles at PolyGram and Universal Studios. He has successfully made investments in all sectors of media including TV, music, live events, gaming, and marketing services.
He is a Trustee of IntoFilm, a film education charity, a Governor of the University for the Creative Arts and formerly a trustee of the National Army Museum.
He is an advisor to the Arts and Humanities Research Council and a member of the Royal Television Society.
Debbie has over 25 years of experience at a senior level in both large broadcasting organisations as well as smaller companies in the independent sector.
Debbie’s previous roles include Director of Rights and Business Affairs at the BBC, Director of Rights for Flextech TV, Chair of PACT, Commercial Director at RDF, COO of Hattrick, CEO of Keo Films and Senior Investment Director at an EIS provider charged with developing a new venture fund.
Debbie also has experience of setting up and running two restaurants.
Fabio La Franca
Fabio has over 12 years experience in corporate finance and investment in sports, media and entertainment. He is also a member of the European Innovation Council Investment and an Expert. Rapporteur at the European Commission for Horizon2020, an €80bn R&D funding programme.
He is a Tech London Advocate, holds an MBA from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant at the ICAEW.
Harry has over 20 years’ experience working in the television sector, initially in production and then production finance. He co-founded a television production business in 2000 and as Commercial Director helped steer its growth for 10 years and subsequently led its trade sale. Harry then led the television commercial team at one of the UK’s largest EIS providers. Prior to working in television Harry founded another business renting DVDs and worked in corporate and commercial finance for a retail group.
Harry has a degree from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Emma is an Investment Manager with experience working across a range of funds in the Alternative Investment space including VCT’s and EIS and IHT funds.
She is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree focused in History and Economics from Durham University.
Sanjay has worked in music, TV, film and radio with entrepreneurs and high-growth companies. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. In addition to being Station12’s finance director, he provides financial reporting assistance to our portfolio and advisory companies.
Sandra was personal assistant to Patrick Bradley during his time at Ingenious Ventures.

Andy is highly experienced in the creative industries and has been involved in the development and marketing of over 50 number one video games; co-founding USD, Mirage, The Producers, Actualize and YouDio. Andy is former CEO of Image Metrics and Optasia Medical and has also served on the board of Peter Gabriel's RealWorld and Great Fridays.
Andy recently gave a TEDx Talk in Manhattan Beach on Digital Humans. He is a Fellow of the TriBeCa Film Festival Disruptor Foundation and currently serves as President of Cubic Motion. Andy advises Station12 in respect of its investment activities in the Immersive tech sector.
Lord Chadlington is a serial entrepreneur in public relations, integrated healthcare and corporate crisis management.
Dame Heather Rabbatts
Heather began her career as a barrister, before becoming a senior executive across a number of sectors including government, media and sport. She has also had considerable experience in both private equity and public markets.
Her media career includes the BBC, Channel 4 and Tiger Aspect Productions. Heather has recently held Chairmanship of Shed Media , where she led the sale to Time Warner and delist from the public markets.
Heather was made a Dame in the Queen's New Year Honours list, 2016
Jeremy, a former merchant banker and lawyer, is an investor and author.
Shirish started his career some 35 years earlier with Mars Group Services and then went on to join Price Waterhouse as consultant, Andersen and Deloitte as a partner. Now a retired Deloitte Partner his focus has been on providing ambitious young executives who have a clear vision of the future and help them build that vision.
As an angel investor, he has real interest in disruptive technologies that challenge existing business models which in turn create change in the global markets
Joe is a partner at Latham Watkins in Los Angeles. He was formerly at O’Melveny Myers and Chair of the Southern California Transaction Practice, as well as Chair of O’Melveny’s Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice.
Joe has represented major motion picture studios such as Warner Bros, DreamWorks Animation and MGM in their complex distribution, joint venture, acquisition, and financing transactions
Guy has 30 years of experience as a professional investor in the wealth management industry. He
was a founder of a successful asset management business, where he was managing portfolios for private clients. Here Guy acted as both Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer for 12 years before selling the business in 2016. Guy now invests in startup and early stage companies.
