The Station12 Sports, Entertainment and Knowledge Fund (Fund) allows you to invest alongside us in a portfolio of companies in these sectors utilising both Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) tax reliefs.
The availability of these reliefs on a blended basis enhances investors’ potential returns and offers them significant downside protection as well as ensuring early-stage businesses accessing SEIS can obtain follow on funding under EIS from the same fund.

The Service operates rolling close dates as advised by the Manager

Advance assurance will be required for all Investee Companies prior to allotment
